Position Available: Sales Coordinator
Objective:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting a dynamic sales team? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Sales Coordinator. Your primary role will involve assisting our sales staff with administrative tasks and ensuring top-notch customer service. While you'll work closely with our sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities, you won't be responsible for directly selling products.
Performance standards for this position include:
- Providing exceptional and professional customer service to all customers, suppliers, and employees of WC Tractor.
- Representing WC Tractor positively and professionally at all times, regardless of customer requests or complaints.
- Adhering to WC Tractor's policies and procedures.
- Contributing to a positive team environment by treating management and colleagues with respect and communicating effectively.
As a Sales Coordinator, your general responsibilities will include:
- Organizing, processing, and tracking sales and financial documents.
- Inputting and invoicing equipment sales in our business system.
- Providing daily administrative support to the sales team and other store staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Specific tasks associated with this position include:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Greeting visitors warmly and professionally.
- Managing email correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assisting with social media marketing efforts.
- Supporting filing activities.
- Collaborating on special projects as needed.
- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers.
- Maintaining contact lists.
- Serving as a point of contact for both internal and external clients.
- Undertaking any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in an office setting preferred
- Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a limited time frame
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word and Excel) as well as Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
